Mersin is a large city and a port to the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey. I, as an outsider living in Istanbul, didn't know much about this city before getting into this exact Turkish catholic community in Mersin in the Easter of 2015. Being a family guest into this community, I was both able to be a part of that religious minority and also a really close observer to rites and rituals of the same family.
